Strengths
Learner
I have an intense desire to learn and want to continuously improve. I have a logical thinking style and am motivated to continually acquire knowledge and skills.

This strength allows me to catch on quickly to the new processes and adapt to unexpected changes, as I constantly desire to be knowledgeable about all aspects in my work environments.
I care deeply about individuals and seek to listen to individuals in order to learn more about how to help them succeed.

In teams, I use this strength to facilitate relationship building, an element I believe is essential for effective teamwork. I use my talents to create understanding and support through my ability to gauge the tone of a team, and using this knowledge to work effectively with individuals based on where they are emotional.

Empathy

I have a desire to know that I am taking the proper course of action before I begin. I seek evidence, data, and background data through sources of knowledge ranging from peers, books, to discussions.

I leverage my input strength by using the input I have collected to inform and educate others.

Input
I act on insight, not impulse. By taking time to reflect I am able to identify, assess, and reduce risks to avoid obstacles.

This strength allows me to handle conflicts and obstacles well, as I engage with what could go wrong and strategize solutions before they become a danger.

Deliberative
I enjoy close relationships with others and enjoy learning more about those around me in order to help empower individuals.

In work settings and in teams, I deliberately learn as much as I can about individuals to bring out their individual strengths in projects. Through forming genuine relationships, I believe people can be empowered to succeed to the best of their ability.

Leadership Identity
True Color: Green
Strategic, Analytical, Rational,
I seek knowledge, desire explanations, and value fairness and justice. As a leader, I expect competence from team members, encourage change for improvement and expect people to follow through. In practice, I achieve this through delegating tasks, learning everyone's individual motivators, and putting people in positions that complement their strengths.
Project Management Style
I believe conflicts can be managed through compromise and collaboration. The first recognizes the unique contributions of team members and helps to ensure individuals feel validated, and the latter ensures everyone’s concerns and ideas are satisfied. I believe effective group work can only be accomplished by establishing trust and team expectations to create a baseline for success.
